Shipping policy

Items are brand new, and shipped in the manufacture packs, and sometimes sealed (depending on the product) and are presumed received without any physical or travel damage and in good working condition.

Customer should inspect immediately on delivery of item, preferably in the presence of delivery personnel, to verify that no physical or travel damage has occurred to the product particularly during transit. Where no detailed written concern is expressed on delivery or immediately after delivery to the company, we will assume delivery in good condition.

In all, we are committed to excellent service and will resolve any product issue that may have come up in relation to shipping of the product.
