About Mrs Comfort Daniel Ukandu
Mrs Ukandu is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of excellence and dedication. She has been an integral part of Payment Plan Company Retail Ltd, serving in several key roles over the years. Most recently, she led as Business Manager from January 2024 to December 2025, where her strategic vision and commitment drove remarkable results. Prior to this, she was Manager – Sales & Corporate Partnerships from January 2023 to December 2023, and Sales Team Lead between May 2022 and December 2022. Her progressive career journey within our company reflects her deep industry expertise and commitment to growth.
Academic Credentials
Comfort holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the esteemed Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (2021). She also earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Library and Information Science from the University of Maiduguri (2013). Her academic background underpins her strategic approach to leadership, innovation, and team development.
